I am a ham radio operator and hold an advanced class license.  I enjoy operating portable. From places like the beach in Port Aransas TX.  Port A as it's known by is on Mustang Island NA-092, which is the barrier island that forms Corpus Christi Bay. 

Today my go to portable antenna is the CrankIR  from SteppIR.

I also enjoy all the new digital modes.
